First I tried the 15 ml bottle because of the rather higher price.
When it was empty I tried a few days without it - just to see if it really was the MMHC that made my skin so freaking hydrated.
And - you guessed it - it was. I'm on my third bottle now and will continue to use it.
I have combination skin with hormonal/cystic acne with red flaky itching patches around my mouth. MMHC really helped to calm it down.
Be sure to use it only on damp skin and lock it in with a suitable moisturizer.
I kind of use it with the 7 skin method: I spray one layer of distilled water on my face, apply 3 drops of MMHC on my face and neck and pat it in until it's absorbed. Then I apply 3-4 layers of distilled water and pat it in until absorbed. Works wonders for me..
