It does a little bit of moisturizing function but it's too light for my skin. I bought it because it contains a high percent of green tea but it did almost nothing for me. It's supposed to control the sebum and helps a little with my large pores. . I think if I were to use a toner it would at least moisture my skin or exfoliate my skin so I won't repurchase this one

One of the few skincare products I've been repurchasing . Makes the skin less oily without stripping it in a balanced way, and very calming and soothing for the skin. I prefer to use it in the morning, I've been struggling with regular acne, malassezia ("fungal acne") and sensitive skin, and this does not trigger any or irritate of these.

Simply an all round list of great ingredients for healthy skin. Skin always feels refreshed, calm and hydrated. A fail safe option for anyone with sensitive skin.

I use this toner in the morning after my vitamin C serum and several times a week in conjunction with my LED light therapy.
